  • Selecting the right session length (50 or 75 minutes)

If you are a parent booking for a minor, please ensure the profile & appointment are under your child’s name. We ask that you complete the appropriate consent forms PRIOR to your first appointment.

A great way to get to know your potential therapist, with no obligation to move forward. We believe therapeutic fit is incredibly important, so we want you to ask questions, explain the reasons you are coming in, and together we can decide if it feels right to continue. No pressure!


Individual Counselling Services for Adults

In individual counselling, you will work one-on-one with a therapist of your choice. We offer unique and customizable therapeutic services that are catered to your needs as a client. Each therapist has specialized training and works from evidence-based approaches. We want to help you live a meaningful and fulfilling life!


Child & Adolescent Services (including Family Sessions)

Your child or teen will work directly with a therapist who specializes in child & adolescent mental health. Your child or teen will receive unique and customizable services, suited to their needs. Family therapy sessions can teach you new skills to strengthen family connections, build stronger relationships, and get through challenging times and transitions. Book here if you are attending with one or more of your family members.


Group Therapy & Workshops

We offer group therapy & workshops in the areas of mindfulness, emotion regulation, self-compassion, anxiety, and beyond. Please inquire within. Please note: for groups and workshops payment is due upon registration to secure a spot and we do not issue refunds.

This is a service open for private practice owners who would like support and mentorship in starting or running their practice.
